　　1.了解請(qǐng)假條的基本情況（內(nèi)容）

　　請(qǐng)假條是便條的一種，主要用于因病或因重要事情向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請(qǐng)示批準(zhǔn)某一特定時(shí)間的假。根據(jù)其請(qǐng)假理由的不同，可把請(qǐng)假條分為病假條和事假條兩種。但不管是那一種都應(yīng)包括以下四部分內(nèi)容： (1) 日期

　　日期通常應(yīng)在正文右上角，因請(qǐng)假條涉及到的`是最近時(shí)間內(nèi)的事情，故可直接用幾月，幾日或星期幾來表示，如 April 10 或 10 April 或 Thursday.(2) 稱呼

　　稱呼常用常規(guī)信中的稱呼語，如 Dear…, Mr. …, Professor …, Dr. … 等.

　　(3) 正文

　　正文是請(qǐng)假條的核心部分，主要涉及到請(qǐng)假原因，請(qǐng)假時(shí)間，結(jié)尾時(shí)需用一些表示感謝或請(qǐng)求批準(zhǔn)的話語。切記理由要充分，在必要是應(yīng)附上相應(yīng)的證明。
