　　星期六早晨，我要去參加在聯(lián)大舉辦的英語演講比賽。一路上我忙忙碌碌，反復(fù)地背著那早已爛熟于心的演講稿。

　　待我踏入等候廳，才7：30分，但已來了四個人。我連忙坐在第五個位上，領(lǐng)號之后登記。還有半個小時呢！我又趕緊拿出稿子，自己背自己讀，生怕演講的時候失誤。這時，等候廳里陸陸續(xù)續(xù)來了好多人，看上去英語水平都很高。我仿佛已經(jīng)看到了我在場上輸給這些人的情景，心跳的速度又增加了一倍。

　　要進場了！我的心不由得一驚，手忙腳亂地胡亂看了幾眼稿子。我感到全身的血液都已凝固，腳上也冒出冷汗，心跳動的頻率更是一個快。坐在考場里，我總對自己說：“不要緊張，不要緊張�！笨墒蔷o張還是在我身上賴著不走。再瞧瞧我旁邊那個女孩勝券在握的樣子，我更是害怕的不能行。！哎！我還沒上場就被自己打敗了。

　　在賽場上，時間過的是那樣的快，轉(zhuǎn)眼就輪到我了。我踏著沉重的步伐向臺上走，這時，我還忍不住偷偷看了幾眼稿子。該演講了！我緊張的眼神到處亂瞟，好幾個單詞都忘了怎么讀，原本背的滾瓜爛熟的'稿子也背的結(jié)結(jié)巴巴�？粗�評委老師那面無表情的臉，我以至于到最后連話都說不出來了�！澳悄阆然厝グ��！笔窃u委的聲音。我心里有種說不出的難受，仿佛此刻別人正在取笑我。

　　這是一次非常失望的演講，同時，也反映出了我缺少自信、勇氣，同時也說明了沒做好充分的準備等問題。如果再有這樣的機會，我一定要克服種種困難，做好充分的準備去迎接比賽。

　　11月20日，我接到了英語老師發(fā)來的一個名叫“21世紀聯(lián)想杯”的英語演講比賽，她說我能參加，媽媽就給我報了名。為了這次比賽，我可是費了九牛二虎之力。我先是把比賽的草稿寫好，再把它交給英語老師讓她給我翻譯成英語，接著我就在家里從早到晚不停的讀，直到滾瓜爛熟為止。

　　11月24日，早晨7點整媽媽就把我叫起來了，我急忙穿起衣服就跑去刷牙洗臉了。吃完早飯我們一家就開車前往比賽地點：南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)江寧校區(qū)逸夫樓集合。我們到那兒時，已經(jīng)來了很多人了，在一位工作人員的引導(dǎo)下，我們先交了比賽的費用，然后拿著她給我們的報名單上了二樓排隊。到了二樓家長不給進，我就自己一個人進去了，在我不知道要干什么的時候一位工作人員說：“小弟弟給我看看你是多少號”？之后她就叫我到一位大姐姐那兒去填表，大姐姐把我手中的報名單一撕二半，把另一半放進了一個塑料牌里成了我的臨時“身份證”。我就一個人在等待區(qū)等候。當有人報到編號F——010——012號的人請出列，我的心咚咚直跳我有點害怕了，一位大姐姐把我們帶到了三樓的一個房間的旁邊說：“你們在這里等候，依次進去，不要害怕”。我看到前面有的.人出來就哭了，也有的人出來說挺好的，我的心里真是十五個吊桶打水——七上八下。輪到我進去了，我看到評委是一個中國人和兩個外國人，我的心里有些緊張，由于緊張有兩個地方停了一下，在于評委交流的時候我還有一句沒聽懂，但是后面我就不緊張了。

　　經(jīng)過這次比賽，我意實到我的英語還有很多不足的地方，比如我在與別人溝通時就不行，英語不光要死記硬背還要會說會運用，在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中我要更努力才行。

　　我校首次舉行了“英語嘉年華”的活動，讓同學(xué)深刻感受到了學(xué)英語的樂趣。

　　“English camival”英語嘉年華。我們學(xué)校把11月24日定為這個活動的舉辦日，也就是感恩節(jié)（Thanksgiving Day）的前一天，來看看我們的活動內(nèi)容吧！

　　我們組的成員有我、鄭煦然、李德杰、于朗清，經(jīng)評選我被選為組長。我們先去了中式餐廳，我們只要給那位同學(xué)讀一篇英文課文，如果你讀的沒有錯并且很熟，你就可以通過這一關(guān)，就可以品嘗到可口的食物，我們都讀完后，一起品嘗了面包和香蕉，我們又玩了轉(zhuǎn)盤游戲，那位同學(xué)指著轉(zhuǎn)盤上的顏色，我們說它們的英文，如果說對了三個就可以*，我們玩得不亦樂乎。快到圣誕節(jié)了，我們只要讀一篇關(guān)于圣誕節(jié)的英語課文，就可以*。我們在右邊的盒子里隨便抽一張卡片，里面有Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4，每一張卡片都有一個英語問題，我抽到了Q4，當我看到了那個英語問題時，我那緊張的'心情一下子灰飛煙滅了，立即回答了那張飛吃豆芽——小菜一碟的問題，然后趕往下一個游戲。這個游戲叫做“猜燈謎”，我看著燈上的謎語，一個一個的大問號浮現(xiàn)在面前。當看到第十一個燈籠上的謎語時，我一眼就看了出來，是“兔子”。呵呵，我又通過了一關(guān)，大約過了二十分鐘，有點累了，我突然看見那邊好熱鬧啊！原來他們在唱英文歌�。∥伊⒖虦慅R人數(shù)，上去一展歌喉了一下。那些小評委給我們的評價是：“不錯，你們可以繼續(xù)*，加油！”。

　　不知不覺中，四十五分鐘的時間在我們身邊悄悄流過。我們都得到了精美的獎品，更重要的是這次活動讓我們感受到了英語的樂趣！
